Overview of the position:
As an operation coordinator, you will assist Managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities, such as handle project management leading all efforts & initiatives to maximize existing and develop new business for the company.

Job Responsibility:
· Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.
· Liaise between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.
· Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and timelines.
· Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
· Build and maintain strong customer relationship through regular meetings and communications.
· Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner.
· Provide plant-level support for government agency visits.
· Support in government relationship.
· Organize and participate the meetings with key partners of the company (clients, sectorial organizations and government agency)
· Assist executive team with administrative tasks
· Coordinate with sourcing, inventory, and production teams to remove operations barriers.
· Lead specific projects
Qualification Required:
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, presentation and analytical skills (Can interact well with peers and government agencies);
• Bilingual (oral and written) English and French
• Organized with a great attention to detail and project management skills
• Ability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency
• Good understanding and ability to quickly learner
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
• 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Experiences in manufacture industry
