Position: Production Worker (Saint-Hubert)

Factory: Car Parts Manufacturer.
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday 7 am -3:30 pm. Or 7:30 am to 4 pm.
Job Description:
· Manage the equipment for the proper functioning of the paint dept.
· To manage the receiving parts & ensure the inspection before loading on the conveyor
· Checking the wash tanks - quality inspection (PH, Titration etc.), chemical mixing & it's quality
· To ensure parts are masked as needed before painting
· Maintaining load/un-load parts on the paint conveyor line
· Ensure Paint line startup/stop process is properly done
· Arrange the packaging of the painted parts with proper labeling, serial # with identification
· Ensure parts are being inspected properly according to quality requirements
· Do sample QC inspection of painted parts daily - MEK, paint film thickness and hardness
· Doing purchase requisition as materials needed in painting department
· Arrange the cleanup of the work area around the machine/equipment & ware house
· Ensure paint line workers follow the plant safety rules & regulation
Do any other task assigned by the engineer as needed
